Q: How many templates can I download after signup?
A: You can download all existing templates (currently more than 45) plus all new templates within your membership periode. Pixelspardise will release a minimum of 12 templates per year.
Q: What is the pixelsparadise.com Joomla! template club?
A: Pixelsparadise.com is a membership site. Each member get access to modern and unique templates made for the open source CMS Joomla! After becomming a member you can download all Pixelsparadise.com Joomla templates.
Q: Can I use the templates after my membership expires?
A: Yep! You do not need to have an active membership to use the template furthermore. But you can´t access new templates or updates for current templates if your membership was canceled.
Q: Is the membership fee a reccuring payment or not?
A: No, if you do nothing your account will be deactivated after your membership periode is over and you will not be re- billed. You can extend or re- acitvate your membership at any time, but if you don´t do anything nothing will happen...
Q: Will you release new templates?
A: Yes, I will release a minimum of twelve (12) new templates per year but of course, it can be more...For example in 2009 PixelsParadise released 18 templates and 22 templates in 2010.
Q: In which currency I can pay?
A: Nearly in every currency worldwide. The correct amout will be calculated during the checkout process automatically, based on the current exchange rate. So you don´t need to change any money before you can join up. Use the currency converter here to calculate in your currency.
Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: PixelsParadise offers PayPal as primary payment processor and 2checkout as alternative. PayPal and 2checkout let you pay by most major credit cards. PayPal requires in some countries an PayPal account, while 2checkout let you pay without any extra account.
Q: What is meant by "Can´t be used for third party websites"?
A: If you sign up for a "Basic" or "Professional" membership you can use the Pixelsparadise templates for a certain number of your OWN (<- you are the registered owner of the domain) website projects only. Just a DEVELOPER membership allows you to use the templates for your clients.
